Last updated: April 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of mubarmijonline.com and any service you engage MubarmiJ to deliver. By using the website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
MubarmiJ is a software studio operating from Cairo, Egypt, providing automation, web development, mobile development and related consulting services.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to access non-public areas, scrape content at scale, or interfere with normal operation.
3. Intellectual property
All website content (text, design, graphics, code) is owned by MubarmiJ unless otherwise indicated, and protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.
4. Service engagements
Any project we deliver is governed by a separate written proposal and statement of work signed by both parties. That document defines scope, price, timeline, ownership of source code, and support terms.
5. Payments
Unless your proposal states otherwise, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments thereafter. Late payments may pause delivery.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential and only share it with team members who need it to deliver the project. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.
7. Warranties and liability
The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MubarmiJ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For paid engagements, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
8. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for misuse. Termination of paid engagements is governed by the relevant proposal.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be settled in the competent Cairo courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
